Collection: uTama

Named after the Japanese word for spirit, “Tama”, and making reference to the Majapahit founder of Singapore, Sang Nila Utama - uTama represents the universality of sake - the possibility of brewing it anywhere in the world, even in seemingly impossible conditions in Singapore. It is both a call back to the traditional brewing culture of Japan, while tailoring its recipes to better pair with the local palate.

Drinking utama is drinking the future of sake brewing.
