Orchid 1st Anniversary Party - 22nd June

Considering the high volume of our June 1st open house, we’ll be holding another one but with a full sake kasu / koji inspired menu! We’ll also be welcoming our whole new bottle and label look then 🎉

- cream cheese sake kasu with nuts and honey
- sake kasu gratin
- ⁠different grill items marinated in shio koji
- ⁠sake kasu cheese cake
- 1-2 more items currently in R&D
- Amazake ice cream
