Our most recent addition to the Utama line-up, the Classic is our take on the Tropic (formerly Hibiscus) recipe but with a dry twist that brings it even closer to the flavour realm of Japanese sake.
Tighter, more subtle, and crispier than the Tropic, it tastes like an entirely different sake, though it was made with exact same ingredients. It still pairs incredibly well with local cuisine, with its lactic acid body backing it up when pairing with heavier flavours. Amazing with BBQ and steamboat.

Our unpasteurised version is louder, fresher, but a teeny bit brash. Our pasteurised versions of our Utama line are the most popular, and are the versions that we send for competitions as their balances are better. However, they sell out often and need to be pre-ordered to ensure quality.
