MAKE A JUNMAI ON YOUR OWN FROM START TO FINISH

- Brew your own clear sake across 3 weeks with a guidance lesson each week Each week covers brewing start, maintenance and lecture, and pressing your resulting sake respectively.

- An in-depth lecture and tasting on sake brewing from the brewer'S perspective

- All equipment is your own after, along with a bit of yeast, to continue your learning journey.

*All classes use 70% Yamadanishiki and professional sake yeast.
