uTama Hibiscus Junmai Daiginjo 1.8L

South East Asia's first brewery-made junmai daiginjo,
the Hibiscus is a representation of the high craft of
sake brewing and its ability to cross boundaries. Using
a mix of Japanese ingredients with Malaysian water,
we've formulated a premium sake to pair perfectly
with the majority of the heavy cuisines based in the
South East Asia region - in stark contrast with
Japanese premium sakes, which usually pair best with
the country's own cuisine.

Pleasantly sweet, with a strong body of lactic (cream)
acid to match with even curries and peranakan cuisine.
