The very first sake made in our brewery, THE FIRST is a literal deep dive into the sake tank. Being unfiltered, with actual bits of raw product still floating inside, you’ll be drinking the sake mash as it is, untouched by shipping or aging of any matter.

Polishing Rate: 70%

All batches are made within a month of selling. As such, please be warned that this sake is very fresh and still volatile, and slowly opening the bottle to let the gas out is advised.
