Cempedak Cream Sake 1.0 500ml

Our forays into matching local fruit with sake has resulted in one of our more interesting creations so far - cream sake with cempedak. Blending the bright acidity of our cream doburoku with cempedak has created a very smooth dessert drink, coupling the savouriness and heaviness of cempedak with the lighter melon and banana notes of the sake.

This is our first edition, with many more experimentations on the way.
